My mom has been here helping me with the kids since I had Eliza but she left today. I was on my own most of the day today but tomorrow will be my first day with all the kiddos all day. I don't think it will be too bad but I'm sure trying to shower and get ready will take a bit longer than normal and trips out of the house will be fewer and farther between for a while. It was so nice to have another set of hands here for so long and it really lets me see why people live so close to their families. Emmie cried her eyes out when my mom and step dad drove away today and Allison was very unsure about what was happening, she knew she didn't like the whole goodbye thing but didn't quite understand the fact that they weren't going to come back soon.
So I now feel like I'm officially a mother of 3 since I will be on my own (until Darren gets home each day of course) we'll see if I still have my sanity intact by the end of the week, wish me luck!

Traci, just call me anytime you're freaking out. Lock yourself in the closet and just breathe ;-) Oh, also, you should watch a million episodes of "Jon and Kate Plus 8". It always makes me feel like I can do it once I see her doing it with 8 flippin kids!
I AM SO with the Jon and Kate plus 8 idea. I always feel so much better after that.
