What do you mean default picture?
The picture under your profile that shows up to the left. I tried to follow the instructions about how to copy and paste the URL and it doesn't work.
Oh, that's a little tricky. You need a picture that isn't very big in size (try and resize one if you need to) and then post it on your blog and copy the html of that picture and post it as your profile picture. Then you can delete the picture from your post if you want.
